During your initial visit, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation. If you are seeking psychiatric care, this is a deep-dive assessment lasting 60–90 minutes. You can expect to leave this session with a much clearer understanding of your health and the beginnings of a personalized plan tailored specifically to you.

Your Treatment Plan

Following your evaluation, you will receive a collaborative, written plan outlining our recommended approach. Because Dr. Gatobu is dual-certified in psychiatry and family medicine, this plan ensures that any medications or treatments are safe, synergistic, and supportive of your overall physical and mental wellness.

Ongoing Partnership

Healing is a process, not an event. We schedule regular follow-up sessions to monitor your progress, adjust your treatment as needed, and ensure you consistently feel supported and empowered in your wellness journey.
